MNL expresses condolences to the family of Ern Noseworthy

St. John’s, 26 June 2012 - Mayor Churence Rogers, President of Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador extend condolences to the family, friends and fellow councillors of Ernest Noseworthy.
MNL Board of Directors and staff were saddened to hear that Ernest Noseworthy, Deputy Mayor of Buchans, passed away suddenly over the weekend.
“Ern was an active member of council and an asset to the municipal sector in this province.” President Rogers says of Noseworthy, “His 22 years of service on municipal council was tremendous and his commitment to his community was steadfast. He will certainly be missed.”
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Town of Buchans council, staff and residents during this very sad time.
